FAQ

What type of trading do you do?
Persistent Trading focuses on short-term swing trading and position trading strategies using Stocks, ETFs, Derivatives, and Forex. Trades can last anywhere from 1 day to 6 months depending on market conditions and the trading setup.
What is the cost of your service?
Our service is free as long as the advertising revenue covers our costs.
What is your opinion on using stock trading simulators?
Many swing trading websites and services will tell you it is impossible to learn how to be a successful active trader using a simulator; However, at Persistent Trading we HIGHLY RECOMMEND using a simulator before committing any real money to a subscription service! The number one goal in investing is capital preservation. In our opinion, there is nothing wrong with testing a service or system using a simulator before committing your hard earned money to it. With that said, a simulator will only be helpful if you follow the trading rules and risk management practices as stated by the service.
My only investment experience is managing my 401K but I would love to learn how to earn extra income outside my 401k. Will this service help me?
Absolutely. Perisistent Trading is an educational service designed to help people who are new to active trading learn how to earn consistent profits using our swing trading and position trading strategies. Our service will help you learn how to become a patient, yet persistent, profitable trader.
I don't have any capital outside my IRA to invest right now. Can I use my IRA to follow your recommendations?
Although we believe you can learn valuable trading skills through our services that would help improve your IRA returns, the Persistent Trading team DOES NOT recommend using 401k and/or IRA accounts for short-term trading. It is our belief that 401K and IRA accounts should be setup for long-term capital appreciation to support your long-term retirement goals. There are plenty of high-quality brokers and financial advisors available to help setup and manage your 401K and IRA accounts.
